During lunch time. Mainly informing people about it, telling them how to get over depression, which place to go to get help etc. Since I know that almost all of you don't go to my school, well, I wanted to tell you that if any of you ever feel like that, go speak to me. Note me, anything really. Even if we don't know each others, I mean it.
I know how hard it is to get out of depression, and to get out of theses dark thoughts...
So yeah, I'm there, for all of you.
Also, I know I'm a bit late since suicide prevention day was yesterday but still. Suicide prevention should be all year long.
